Rafting

It is the descent in raft or gomón by the rapids of the rivers. These rapids are caused by stones, waves and holes that give movement to the water.

Rivers are classified according to their difficulty, from I to VI degrees. Grade VI is unnavigable for boats used to practice rafting, while grade I is the most quiet.

In general, the boats have capacity for 10 people, plus the rafting guide, who is the person in charge of security, to give instructions for the browsing and knowledgeable about the region.

Places where it is practiced:

Lower Manso River (class II-III). Duration: all day

Manso River to the Frontier (class III - IV). Duration: all day

Its route shows forests of Andean-Patagonian type and Valdivian forest, besides landscapes of incomparable beauty.

Duration: half day or whole day.
